For one person: Send a front-facing portrait plus a full-body photo when clothing or pose matters.
For a couple: You may send one photo together or separate clear references for each person.
For a pet: Include the face, body shape, coat colors, ears, tail, collar, and any distinctive markings.
For a small scene: Identify the most important subject and limit extra props to the details that make the memory recognizable.

What the standard preview style looks like

The standard preview direction is a full-body 3D cartoon chibi character with a matte plastic appearance, no realistic fur, clean C4D-style rendering, a pure white background, and no display base. The result is intentionally stylized rather than photorealistic.

For a Polaroid-style magnet, the character or small scene is adapted to the magnet format after you approve the design direction. Small production variations are normal for a made-to-order personalized item.

Can you include names, dates, or short text?

Names, dates, and short phrases may be included when the selected layout supports them. Keep the wording brief, provide the exact spelling, and review it carefully in the preview. Long sentences can compete with the visual subject at a small size.

Production and shipping

Production takes approximately 8–10 days after final design approval and payment. Shipping from China is additional, and transit time varies by destination, carrier, customs, and local delivery conditions. Enter the delivery address at checkout to see the available shipping methods and charges.
