Send 1–3 clear photos and a few details about your idea. We will prepare a personalized digital preview for you to review. No purchase or payment is required for your first preview.
No WhatsApp or email app? Open the Chat bubble in the lower-right corner, or use our contact form. You can ask a question first and send photos once we agree on the details. The contact form does not accept photo attachments.
The preview is free; the finished keepsake is purchased separately.
One-person designs start at $69 USD; two-person designs start at $119 USD. Size and configuration affect the price, and shipping is extra. Compare sizes and current prices.
Production takes approximately 8–10 days after final design approval and payment, followed by shipping from China. Check destinations and delivery information.
Three simple steps
- Send your idea. Share the photos, product type, people or pets to include, and any important details.
- Review your free preview. Tell us about reasonable adjustments before approving the final design. The preview is a digital concept, not a photo of the finished item.
- Order when you are ready. After approval, choose the matching size and configuration and complete payment. We then begin production.
What to send
- 1–3 clear reference photos: a front-facing photo for each face and a full-body photo if clothing or pose matters.
- Your preferred product, size, and the people or pets to include. Separate photos are welcome; label each person and pet.
- Must-have details such as outfit, hairstyle, pet markings, pose, names, dates, or accessories.
- Your destination and gift deadline, if you have one. Contact us before ordering for a specific date.

- Custom 3D figurine — a personal keepsake for a birthday, graduation, hobby, or special memory.
- Couple figurine — choose a two-person design for an anniversary, wedding, or engagement.
- Person & pet figurine — create a keepsake with a pet; one pet is included in each listed option.
- Photo fridge magnet — a personalized magnetic keepsake inspired by your photo.
What will my preview look like?
A stylized 3D cartoon design inspired by your photos, with recognizable hairstyle, clothing, pose, and pet markings. It is intentionally stylized, rather than a photorealistic copy. Review the design and any display details with us before production.
Photo privacy: Send only photos you have permission to use and only the reference images needed for your request. Photos and customization details are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion.
