Shipping & Production Time

Each Snapmart item is made to order after you approve the design preview and complete payment.

Production time

Production takes approximately 8–10 days after the final design is approved and payment is completed.

Shipping time

After production, your order ships from China. International transit time varies by destination, carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions, so shipping time is separate from the 8–10 day production period.

Tracking information will be provided after the package is shipped whenever available.

Where we currently ship

Online checkout is currently available for delivery to Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, the United Kingdom, and the United States. If your destination is not listed, contact us before requesting a preview or placing an order.

Total timeline

Estimated total time = design confirmation + 8–10 days production + international shipping time from China to your destination.

Need it by a specific date?

Please contact us before placing your order. We can confirm whether the production schedule looks realistic, but international delivery dates cannot be guaranteed because carrier and customs delays are outside our control.
