Production time
Most custom items require design confirmation before production. Production time starts after the preview is approved not immediately after checkout.

- Order placed choose your product and complete checkout.
- Photo/details collection send clear photos names dates outfit notes pet details or other customization requests.
- Design preview we prepare a preview for confirmation.
- Production your keepsake is made after approval.
- Shipping tracking is provided when the package is shipped.

Shipping time depends on the destination country or region. During holidays peak seasons or customs checks delivery may take longer than usual.
