Because Snapmart products are custom made from your photos and personal details they usually cannot be returned or resold after production has started.

Before production

If you need to cancel or change your order contact us as soon as possible. We can help before the design is approved and production begins.

Design preview

We provide a design preview before production so you can confirm the main direction. Reasonable adjustments can be requested before approval.

After approval

Once you approve the design and production starts cancellations or major changes may not be possible.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or significantly different from the confirmed design contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and help with a suitable solution.
