Do I need to pay before seeing the design?

No. Send us your photos and idea first and we will prepare a free design preview. You only place the order after you are happy with the design direction. See how the free preview process works.

How do I send my photos?

Visit our Free Design Preview page, then send 1–3 clear reference photos through WhatsApp or email. Include the product type, number of people or pets, preferred size, and any must-have details. A front-facing photo works best for the face, and a full-body photo helps with clothing and pose. Label each person or pet when you send multiple references. What style will the preview use?

Your preview is a stylized 3D cartoon design inspired by your photos. We use recognizable details such as hairstyle, clothing, pose, accessories, and pet markings. The preview is a digital design concept, not a photo of the finished item. Review any important details with us before approving production.

Which product should I choose?

Can I request changes?

Yes. Reasonable adjustments can be requested before you approve the design. Once the design is approved and production starts, major changes may not be possible.

How long does production take?

Production takes approximately 8–10 days after the final design is approved and payment is completed. See Shipping & Production Time for more detail.

Where do you ship?

Online checkout is currently available for delivery to Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, the United Kingdom, and the United States. If your destination is not listed, contact us before requesting a preview or placing an order. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm availability and the shipping charge. How long does shipping take?

Orders ship from China after production. Transit time depends on the destination, carrier, customs, and local delivery conditions. Shipping time is separate from the 8–10 day production period.

What sizes and prices are available?

Current options include 7 cm, 8 cm, and 10 cm sizes for one-person and two-person designs. Product prices currently start at $69 USD for one person and $119 USD for two people. Does the product price include shipping?

No. Shipping is calculated separately for your destination and selected service. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available rates before paying.

What can be customized?

Depending on the product, we can reference hairstyle, outfit, pose, pet markings, names, dates, short phrases, and small accessories. List any must-have detail when you submit your photos.

Are these exact copies of photos?

No. Each item is a stylized custom keepsake inspired by your photos rather than a photorealistic replica. Small design or production variations are normal.

What payment method can I use?

PayPal is currently available in the store's production checkout. The checkout page shows the current payment options available for your device and destination before you complete the purchase.

What happens after I approve the preview?

Choose the matching product, person count, and size, then place your order. Production begins only after the final design is approved and payment is completed.
