After placing your order send clear reference photos and any customization notes. Front facing photos work best. Full body photos help with outfit and pose details.

Can I preview the design before production

Yes. We prepare a design preview before production so you can confirm the main direction.

Can I request changes

Reasonable adjustments can be requested before you approve the design. Once production starts changes may not be possible.

What can be customized

Depending on the product we can reference hairstyle outfit pose pet markings names dates short phrases and small details.

Are these exact copies of photos

Each item is a stylized custom keepsake inspired by your photos. Small handmade or design variations are normal.

What if I need it for a gift date
