1. Choose a product
Select the custom figurine, couple figurine, fridge magnet, acrylic display, or keepsake style that fits your gift idea.

2. Place your order
Choose the available size and options, then complete checkout.

3. Send your photos and notes
After ordering, send clear reference photos and any details you want included, such as outfit, hairstyle, pose, pet markings, names, dates, or a short phrase.

4. Review the design preview
We prepare a design preview before production. You can confirm the direction or request reasonable adjustments before the item is made.

5. Production and delivery
After approval, your custom piece is made, checked, packed, and shipped to you.

Photo tips: clear front-facing photos work best. Full-body photos help with outfits and poses. For pets, please include one full-body photo and one face close-up if possible.
