For the clearest preview, send: 1–3 well-lit photos, a front-facing face reference for each person or pet, a full-body or outfit reference when pose and clothing matter, and notes about expressions, placement, height relationship, pet markings, text, and must-have accessories.
For figurine previews, our standard style is a full-body 3D cartoon chibi design with a matte plastic finish, no realistic fur, C4D-style rendering, a pure white background, and no base. It is intentionally stylized rather than photorealistic. You can review the concept before deciding whether to order.
Timing: Production is approximately 8–10 days after preview approval and payment. International shipping from China takes additional time and varies by destination and customs. Please allow extra time for date-sensitive gifts; an exact arrival date cannot be guaranteed.
