Graduation photo checklist
You do not need one perfect image. Separate reference photos are welcome when they show different details clearly. For the strongest preview, send:
- A clear, front-facing photo of the graduate's face
- A full-body photo or a clear description of the intended pose
- A photo of the cap and gown, including the tassel color
- Close references for the hood, sash, cords, medals, or stole
- The diploma, flowers, or another small accessory you want considered
- School colors or outfit colors shown in good lighting
- Any hairstyle, glasses, shoes, or meaningful detail that should be preserved
Avoid heavy filters, screenshots with very small faces, and images where important details are hidden. If you only have older or separate photos, send the best available references and explain which details belong together.
What the free preview looks like
The standard preview direction is a full-body 3D cartoon chibi figurine with a matte plastic finish, smooth stylized hair rather than realistic strands, clean C4D-style rendering, a pure white background, and no display base. It is intentionally stylized rather than photorealistic.
Use the preview to check the recognizable features that matter most: face shape, hairstyle, gown and hood colors, tassel placement, pose, and accessories. Color can vary across screens and production materials, so include clear references and review the preview carefully rather than relying on a color name alone.
How the ordering process works
- Send your photos and notes. Include the graduation details and any deadline you are working toward.
- Receive a free design preview. No purchase is required for the first preview.
- Review the design. Point out the must-have details and approve the final direction.
- Choose a size and place the order. Compare the available 7 cm, 8 cm, and 10 cm options in our figurine size and price guide.
- Production begins after approval and payment. Each piece is made to order.
When should you order?
Production takes approximately 8–10 days after final design approval and payment. International shipping from China is additional and varies by destination, carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions. Review our current production and shipping information and allow a generous buffer. We cannot guarantee arrival by a specific graduation date.
