Before sending photos, choose the feeling you want the keepsake to carry. It might show a favorite walking pose, a familiar outfit, a race-day memory, a quiet moment together, or a small accessory closely associated with the pet.
Write down the two or three details that matter most. A short priority list helps the preview focus on recognizable features without becoming visually crowded.
- The pet’s most distinctive marking or color pattern
- A collar, bandana, tag, or favorite accessory
- The person’s hairstyle, outfit, or pose
- An optional name, date, or short phrase when the layout supports it
Which pet photos should you send?
Send 1–3 clear reference photos whenever possible. One image does not need to show everything; separate photos can provide better information for different details.
- Face photo: Use a sharp front or three-quarter view with the eyes, ears, muzzle, and main facial markings visible.
- Full-body photo: Show the pet’s proportions, coat pattern, legs, tail, and typical posture.
- Detail photo: Add a side or back view when the pet has markings, a collar, or another feature that the first two images do not show clearly.
Natural light usually makes colors and markings easier to read. Avoid heavy filters, strong shadows, motion blur, and screenshots where the pet appears very small.
Planning a person-and-pet memorial keepsake
If the design includes both a person and a pet, you can send separate reference photos. They do not have to appear together in the same original image. Include a clear face and full-body reference for the person, plus the pet views listed above.
Tell us how you want them arranged: standing together, the pet beside the person, or another simple pose. If relative height or scale matters, mention it in your notes. The preview is the right stage to confirm this direction before any order is placed.
What the standard preview style looks like
The standard Snapmart preview direction is a full-body 3D cartoon chibi figurine with a matte plastic appearance, no realistic fur, clean C4D-style rendering, a pure white background, and no display base. It is intentionally stylized rather than a photorealistic replica.
Because realistic fur is not part of this style, recognition comes from shape, color blocks, markings, ears, tail, posture, clothing, and accessories. Point out the features you would be disappointed to lose.
Should a memorial design include text?
Text is optional. A pet’s name, a short date, or a brief phrase can be meaningful when the chosen product and layout support it. Keep wording short so the design remains readable at a small size. Send the exact spelling in your notes and review it carefully in the preview.

Size, production, and delivery planning
Current figurine options include 7 cm, 8 cm, and 10 cm sizes. Review the size and price guide before choosing a variant. Production takes approximately 8–10 days after final design approval and payment. Shipping from China is additional, and transit time varies by destination, carrier, customs, and local delivery conditions.
If the keepsake is for a birthday, remembrance date, or another fixed occasion, allow time for both production and international delivery. The checkout displays the shipping methods available for the delivery address.
