Free Custom Figurine Preview: How It Works

Generic reference-to-preview illustration with a full-body 3D cartoon chibi figurine centered for mobile viewing

You can see a custom figurine design direction before you pay. Send your reference photos and notes, receive a free first preview, and decide whether you want to order only after reviewing the concept.

This guide explains what the preview includes, what to send, and what happens after you approve it.

Is the first custom figurine preview really free?

Yes. No purchase is required to receive your first design preview. You do not need to enter payment details before we prepare it.

The preview is designed to help you check the overall character direction, including the people or pets, hairstyle, outfit, pose, colors, and important accessories.

What style will the preview use?

The standard direction is a full-body 3D cartoon chibi figurine with a matte plastic look, no realistic fur, clean C4D-style rendering, a pure white background, and no display base. The result is intentionally stylized rather than photorealistic.

What should you send?

  • One clear, well-lit face photo for each person or pet.
  • A full-body reference when the outfit, shoes, or pose matters.
  • Any additional angle that shows important hairstyle or pet markings.
  • Notes about clothing, pose, colors, glasses, jewelry, flowers, collar, or accessories.
  • The occasion and the date you hope to receive the finished keepsake.

How the free preview process works

  1. Send your photos and notes. Use the request page, then send the photos through WhatsApp or email; identify every person or pet clearly.
  2. We prepare the first preview. The design follows the standard stylized direction described above.
  3. Review the important details. Check the subjects, outfit, hairstyle, pose, colors, and accessories.
  4. Decide whether to order. If you approve the direction, choose the appropriate person count and size.
  5. Production starts after approval and payment. The physical keepsake is made to order.

What the preview does—and does not—show

The preview is a digital design concept used to confirm the direction before production. It is not a photograph of the finished physical item. Small production variations can occur when the approved design is made into a physical keepsake.

The preview is also not intended to be a photorealistic portrait. It uses a cartoon chibi style with simplified, collectible proportions.

When do you choose the size and pay?

Choose the person count and finished size after you are comfortable with the preview direction. Current options include 7 cm, 8 cm, and 10 cm formats. See the size and price guide before selecting a variant.

Production takes approximately 8–10 days after final design approval and payment. International shipping from China is additional and depends on the destination and selected delivery method.

Which preview should you request?

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to buy before sending photos?

No. Send the references first and review the free first preview before deciding whether to order.

Do I need a professional photo?

No. A clear phone photo can work well when the face is visible and the lighting is even.

Can I send more than one reference?

Yes. Extra angles are useful when hairstyle, outfit, pose, or pet markings are important.

Can I use separate photos for a couple?

Yes. Label each person and describe the left-to-right placement, pose, outfit, and approximate height relationship.

Will the physical item look exactly identical to the digital preview?

The approved preview guides production, but small variations can occur because the final item is made to order.
